Health Law Blog Sweden is a blog journal and a forum for exchanging ideas and information between those interested in Health Law, particularly Swedish Health Law, broadly defined. Health Law Research Centre at the Department of Law, Lund University (Sweden) runs the blog.
The blog offers a “fast track” publication possibilities for reflections, with a lower threshold than full scholarly publications. Researchers, practitioners and students are invited to publish their contributions in the Health Law Blog Sweden. Contributions in the blog do not necessarily represent the position of the Health Law Research Centre or Lund University, but each author is responsible for their text.
All contributions published in the Blog are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY) 4.0 license agreement and published open access. They are freely available. We do not charge a fee for publishing in the blog. The information regarding the licence can be found here.
The Blog also provides information about the activities of the Health Law Research Environment at the Department of Law, Lund University.
